We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.*
(*Saddles are returnable, if our saddle instructions are closely followed.)
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BACK OF YOUR PACKING SLIP.
Please ship insured and prepaid to: PARTRADE TRADING, RETURNS DEPT., 3801 COMMERCE DRIVE, KINSTON NC 28504.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Normal wear and tear is not considered defective and credit will not be issued for these items.
Blankets must be returned in new, unused condition. We will inspect the blankets prior to refund, credit, exchange or replacement.
ALL SALES FINAL on closeout items. We do not take returns on closeout items.
Credit is not issued for any item returned after one year from the purchase date.
SADDLE RETURNS POLICY:
Our saddles are returnable, when saddle instructions are closely followed.
Full credit (excluding freight) can only be given if the saddles show no signs of wear and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of your original invoice inside the return package.
Freight for returned saddles will incur an additional $14.95 special processing fee for each saddle returned; in addition to the normal shipping/handling/packaging charges.
Normal wear and tear is not considered defective and credit will not be issued for these items.
Used or abused items are subject to a handling and restocking fee.
